Theme: Christ’s resurrection is foundational to our faith.

  1. It reveals Jesus’ true identity. (1:4)
    1. He is the Son of God.
    2. Christianity is thus unique.
  2. It makes possible our acceptance with God. (4:25)
    1. Christ’s resurrection and our justification.
    2. To be received by faith.
  3. It ensures our victory over sin. (6:4-5, 9-11)
    1. United in His death and resurrection.
